The Farm Activity Center
The Farm Activity Center will boast playgrounds, multi-use playfields and a park with access to the regional trail system and the River Ranch Disc Golf Course.  Coming 2007.   

Amphitheater
This planned outdoor amphitheater will be the host of many summer community events and activities. 

Hillsborough Ditch
The tree-lined Hillsborough Ditch winds its way from the Big Thompson River deep into neighboring Weld County. 

Picnic Shelter
Situated along the regional trail and the River Ranch Disc Golf Course, this shelter offers a convenient gathering area complete with a covered picnic facility that overlooks the pond.  Coming 2007. 

River Ranch Disc Golf Course
This full 18-hole disc golf course is fun for beginners while still challenging for experts. Extending along the scenic Hillsborough Ditch, this course offers grade changes, water hazards, and a scenic overview of Thompson River Ranch.  Coming 2007.

River Ranch Park
River Ranch Park will be home to the community recreation center, outdoor pool, softball/multi-use fields, basketball court, skate-park, playgrounds and park shelter.
