Community Pool: The brand new community pool will provide residents of Thompson River Ranch a perfect place to relax. The pool opens on May 29th, 2010!

The Farm Activity Center: The Farm Activity Center boasts playgrounds, multi-use playfields and a park with access to the regional trail system and the River Ranch Disc Golf Course.

Amphitheater: This outdoor amphitheater will be the host of many summer community events and activities.

Hillsborough Ditch: The tree-lined Hillsborough Ditch winds its way from the Big Thompson River deep into neighboring Weld County.

Picnic Shelter: Situated along the regional trail and the River Ranch Disc Golf Course, this shelter offers a convenient gathering area complete with a covered picnic facility that overlooks the pond.

River Ranch Disc Golf Course: This full 18-hole disc golf course is fun for beginners while still challenging for experts. Extending along the scenic Hillsborough Ditch, this course offers grade changes, water hazards, and a scenic overview of Thompson River Ranch.
